Must Be 21 or Older to Purchase ANY Firearm. A Valid Government issued ID (Drivers License, State ID, Military ID) or ATF FFL License Required For ALL Firearm Purchases.  There Will Be a 3-Day Waiting Period (Excluding Weekends and State Holidays) from Payment of Invoice and Accepted Background Check before Release of Firearms. Valid Government Issued ID REQUIRED by Purchaser at Time of Transfer. Valid Florida CWL (Florida Concealed Weapons or Firearms) Holders are Exempt from the 3-Day Waiting Period but NOT Background Check.   ATF Form 4473 Required to be Filled Out in Person by the Purchaser (Legal Owner) and FDLE Background Check will be Performed On-Site Prior to Release.
